My dearly beloved mother-in-law, went home to be with Jesus this month. As I was flying to the state where she was to be buried, I looked out my plane window and wondered, “Did God think of each plant and animal in a split second and create them all at once or did He create each individually. Some say a day was a thousand years, so there was plenty of time to complete. God is God and Creator and a God of Order. He can do anything in a split second if He chooses to do so. It was on the third day that dry land came to be with vegetation. If a day were a thousand days with 500 days of light and 500 days of darkness, then the plants would have died. In His order of things, Day 4 included the creation of the sun, moon, and stars. To think people follow the moon and stars to rule their life and not the one who created them.
We have the ability to have spiritual fellowship with God. Do you have a spiritual relationship with the Creator of all things or try to create a relationship with a non-living creation. As one of my young grandsons says, “That makes no sense.”
