Where Is God’s Glory

Ezekiel 43:2 Speaks of the future, “and behold the glory of the God of Israel was coming from the way of the east. And His voice was like the sound of many waters; and the earth shone with His glory.

Beloved ones of God, this is a physical temple. At this time, each of us is His temple. We are to mature and allow His glory to touch others through us.

In verses 6-9, talks about a physical temple where God will live with His people. His glory will go out from there.

In the Bible Knowledge Commentary for verses 10-12, says that the angel told him to describe the temple to the people of Israel that they may be ashame of their sins. God wanted to motive the people to return to Him and rebuild the temple. We are waiting for this temple in the future. We will have a new way to worship God that will be different.

Verse 7, speaks to say, “And the house of Israel will not again defile My holy name. Have you thought about your sins defiling God’s holy name.

If you have done something that you hoped that God did not see, then as a Christian, you have defiled yourself and the name of God. But God is full of grace and forgiveness. If you are truly sad, then He will forgive you.

In Ezekiel 42:5 it says, “And the Spirit lifted me up and brought me into the inner court; and behold, the glory of the Lord filled the house.

I have never seen the glory of the Lord, but I have felt it. I am sure it was not the full glory of the Lord. I think if I felt any more than I have, I would have died. Read my post called, “Enter The Throne Room of God.” It is about prayer. Finish by reading Ezekiel 43:7-12.
